AMAZING experience at Discount Tire today! I came in and made an appointment for a new tire after assuming that my old tire with a screw in it was unrepairable. They ordered the new tire, and were part way through installing it when they called to let me know they looked at my old tire and said it was entirely REPAIRABLE!!! They went ahead and cancelled the new tire, fixed, installed, rotated and balanced my old tires for free. I guess I don't expect this kind of customer-oriented approach these days!! Thank you guys for your honesty and generosity. Huge thanks and appreciation for you!!

I had a low tire so I stopped by then to have them top it off. Upon a visual inspection, they found a screw embedded. They entered my data in their system which gave me text message updates to when it was pulled into the bay and when it was completed. In the meantime I walked over to McDonald's and grabbed a bite to eat. When it was completed, they handed my keys back and thank me for bringing my vehicle to them. I was shocked when they didn't charge me anything! These days it costs up to $1.50 at a gas station just to get air. Thanks!

I highly recommend discount tire! I went to les schwab tires and I only needed my front two tires done but due to their policy i had to get four quoted over $800. I will be on a long road trip today and had to do get in before i left since my tires were too dangerous for the road. They got me in fast even though i did not have an appt and made sure i was safe for the road. Their pricing was also fair too. I also appreciated their customer service by acknowledging me and making sure i was taken care of. Thank you to all who helped me today! My family is also very pleased as they were worried for my safety going out alone too and now we are all at ease.

No, they dont. Like Luke Smart says, only tires and wheels. For brakes, I'd recommend Les Schwab. A bit expensive there, but they do a quality job! Don't let them "up-sell" you, as they will do that. It's not necessary, but they do it! Hope that answers your questions! Steve

All stores are different, I have got tires for my Titan and my S10 and my VW Jetta at discount tire and have nothing but good things to say about them I would say go to a different store and see if you have better luck.
