Went in to get tires balanced on Wednesday. Waited for almost an hour before the guy comes out and says my tires are cupped and balancing won’t help. Had he inspected the rear wheels he would have noticed that all the weights had fallen off and could have easily been balanced. I guess the service after purchase is a myth!

I don’t know the name of the man who helped me today, but his customer service was incredible and I had to say thank you. Getting tires changed is usually quite stressful for my three kids and I, but this man came out to us, was very kind, and got my tire changed so quickly. We will not forget the kind gesture! I've only been to them a couple of times. I definitely will be buying my future tires for my car and truck here. Just because the service here is amazing. I was having a front end clucking noise on my sierra. I checked it out and couldn't find the issue. I took it to a shop and they said I needed a new steering rack. Which was going to run $1400 dollars. I came here for a second opinion and Pat found that the issues was as simple as loose bolts on the shocks! He saved me time, money and a headache. Thanks Pat! Greatly appreciate him and the people at this shop. Highly recommend!
