Thanks to Ryan and the rest of the staff for excellent service on my RV today. I had easily made an appointment online a couple of days ago. Today, Saturday, 18 JUN 2022, the team was ready for me upon my arrival. Ryan and another worker inspected my brakes, battery, alignment, and brought my tires up to proper inflation. Ryan clearly explained the status of my rig and a good inspection schedule. Now I’m confident my rig will be fine on my upcoming trip. I will definitely use Les Schwab for all my RV and car needs in the future.

Paid ~$400 for alignment, rotation, and new TPS sensors. Then I left for a road trip and the alignment was so bad that I stopped at another Les Schwab. This second Les Schwab said that the balance and alignment were terrible, and my tires were bald. So I had to buy a new set of tires. They apologized for the lack of service at this Meridian store. Never going back

I wish I could give no stars and leave a review. My partner and I went in for a roadtrip check and was quoted $1200+ for four tires and a new car battery. When asking about any financing options, the lady tells me it doesn't go based on score, it's based on payment history. I fill out the form, and after taking a look and running the report TWICE (that's right, two hits on my credit score, right out the gate). She then comes over slowly, pretending to keep a quiet tone, while it's echoing through the building, and tells me that my credit is too low, and there's too much on my report to even consider financing. I asked up front what they were looking for. I asked if there was a certain score. I asked if they're were any other options. Was given a no. Go to Discount Tire down the block. Better customer service. Four tires + install was $496, and the battery? Half the price than what I was quoted st LS, over at O'Reilly's. I'll never go back to Les Schwab. Y'all should be straight up with people.

Service writer seemed to busy on a private call to even acknowledge me and another customer for 9 minutes. His colleague was assisting another customer during this time. Sometimes just a quick acknowledgement has a positive effect when waiting for service. A short time later I was contacted that our RV was ready. After paying $100 to have 4 valve extensions installed and all tires inflated to OEM spec, I was told thank you. I asked for the keys, the photo says all. Quite disappointed to say the least. They tried to make it sound as if removing 2 outside wheels to install the extensions was a tough job? Really? I thought this was what they specialized in?
