Everyone was so sweet and helpful. I love Beth, she listened to my concerns and was very thorough, her assistant was great also. It was a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately having to take back my previous 5 star review due to the treatment I’ve received over the past few months. The only positive experience has been through the front desk staff, as for everyone else I cannot say the same. I called the nurse line twice about a week apart and never received a response. Due to that, I was forced to make another appointment for the same issue that was never treated in the first place. When I tried to voice my concerns at my appointment the doctor did not seem interested in what I had to say. She then treated me and when I had an emergency during my treatment I called the nurse line and again got not response or call back. My issues were never resolved and no one seemed to care. I am sad to have to leave because my initial experiences were good but they have taken a turn in this past year.

Such a well run practice. Ginger is such a great PA and so very thorough in her exams. It's worth the trip to drive to Apex for dermatology visits.

Questions & Answers

Hello, I received a list of Medicaid providers from Social Services for dermatologists and your office was listed as accepting Medicaid for new patients. Is that correct? Thank you

Apologies, but we are not accepting new Medicaid patients.

I have concerns about cholesterol deposits on my eyelids. Is this something that could be fixed.

Yep! The PA-C, MDs, and the FNP-BC are all qualified to treat, diagnose, and prescribe.
