We have had children at Primrose West Lake for almost 6 years and we could not imagine sending them anywhere else. The staff and management feel like family and the way they love on our children is priceless. Despite a 2 year age difference, our children have had many of the same primary teachers with the same management/ownership for the majority of our time as well. The school provides a loving and structured environment where we have seen our children thrive. Our daughter was extremely well prepared for Kindergarten and loves to come back for drop off/pick up to see all her old teachers and management who continue to love on her. We highly recommend Primrose West Lake and are so thankful to their dedicated, talented, and loving staff for the role they have played in growing our children.

I have been an employee with the Primrose School at West Lake for 8 years. Primrose offers a Balanced Learning Approach that fosters the growth and development of children. Our teachers and management team are dedicated professionals. Our owners, Sonali and Gaurav, recently gave the staff a paid Mental Health Day off to recognize the dedication of our teachers. We received many notes of praise from our “Primrose” families supporting this decision and thanking our team for all of their hard work. I am so proud to be an employee at the Primrose School at West Lake and I thank all of the families for allowing us to care for, love, nurture, teach, and watch their children grow.
