Strip mall storefront that’s on the smaller side. Touchscreen ordering system and the grill is right there behind the counter. Ordered a double black and blue burger (blackened seasoning and blue cheese) and a cold Abita Andygator double bock. Burger was good with a generous amount of blue cheese crumble. Tater tots were good. It was almost $30 for a burger and beer and for that price it really needs to be great. Service was prompt, food was hot and fresh but there was really nothing standout about it. Here’s the breakdown: Hot and fresh +1 star; fast and friendly +1 star; generous toppings and sides +1 star; cold beer +1 star. I might go back. They worked hard and made good food but $30 for a burger and beer? The jury is out at this moment.

By far one of the best burgers in FRANKLIN, TN. As a repeat customer, I am never disappointed. The staff are friendly and work very efficiently together. The only complaint are the fries. The fries are great and they give you generous portions but they still add too much salt. In the end, you will never be disappointed with your meal. It is a must stop for all burger lovers living here and visiting.

Both have the same atmosphere. West Main is slightly smaller currently. We hope to expand in the near future. Cool Springs seats 52 inside and 16 outside while West Main seats 40 inside and 8 outside. Both have availability for all size parties, family friendly, and offer good beer selection. Only menu difference currently is that West has shakes( cool springs hopefully will add soon) and they may have slightly different beer selections.
Kids Meals Kids meals are for children 12 and under ONLY! All kids’ meals come with choice of fries or apple slices and choice of small soft drink, white or chocolate milk, or apple juice. Grilled Cheese — $5 Hot Dog — $5 All black angus beef Cheeseburger — $6 Choice of American or cheddar cheese. Chicken Tenders — $7 There's more on the website.
