Came in for lunch Wed and the waitress in the front dining room was amazing. When I came in it was self seating and everyone went to her section. She was amazing and gets 5 stars. The restaurant gets 3 stars for making her work like that. Shame on you for not staffing accordingly or controlling the flow.

Lunch visit. Wasn’t busy at all. Love the new seat yourself set-up. Had 10 traditional wings(desert heat). Side Caesar salad. Ice tea. No complaints! Our server was new and he did a great job.

We have never felt so humiliated!!! We just left this place very disappointed! We walked in on a Saturday 10pm the restaurant was empty!!!! Mind you they close at 12am! There was 30 of us, I made sure to walk in first before anyone else and make sure there was room for us. As the servers were deciding where to put us (the whole middle section was empty but ONE table ) we noticed they were having a hard time and eye rolling. After waiting a good while we asked if we could please be seated we didn’t understand what the issue was. The server told us “I’ll work with you if you work with us, we are waiting for this ONE table to leave so we can sit you guys because we already cleaned that other section” Your whole restaurant is Empty!!!!! And you don’t want to sit us at one section because you are too lazy to clean it again? (Even when we offered to help clean after ourselves) And instead you are making us wait for that ONE table to leave !!!! Just Wow!!! Unbelievable!!! Franklin Buffalo Wild Wings you just lost what would have been a $500 + ticket because your employees were too lazy to sit us and re-clean a section, when your restaurant didn’t close for another 2 hours! …… Never again ! Poor management and very poor service!

Jackson McCarter (Chondra) brought me my delicious food. He looked angelic as he brought out my steaming plate of wings. I’d recommend to all who want to really experience what life is about.Thanks for letting us know John! We will pass that along.
