Worksuites is excellent for your meetings, the place is neat and clean, the staff is helpful. My issues with their service is, when I signed up with their services they promised me one thing and they don’t deliver it. It’s virtual office only works as a P.O. Box, even though with a suite number assigned, if some official businesses call them to verify your address they would say your company is not located there. Their meeting room is expensive even though you sign up for their membership they charge $82 for 2hs of use. Be careful when signing their contract, they won’t let you go easily. The buyout is around 50% of the contract, that’s right, for a virtual office.

The worksuite is a nice location however the issues with booking are a huge problem for me. It's been months since the online portal has been an option. If your needing to book a room on the fly it can be a hassle to call or go up there and none is at the desk. I haven't been able to use my plan due to this issue in about 3 months yet I am paying to be able to book and office online.. I really hope you guys can get this feature together. I've been told over and over it's coming but it's been months and I am tired of waiting. Other than this problem the place is great. I am just disappointed at this point. Update: worksuites responded to my issue very fast and I appreciate that and now I know how to book so I am happy to give them 5 stars again

I am very impressed with their utility services. From the cleaning staff to the security guard, everybody is hardworking, cooperative, helpful, and humble. You don’t have to be worried about anything. When I come to the office, I only have to focus on my work which is the most important part. So full five stars to the utility department.

I officed out of Boxer Properties for over 10 years and they are ok, but WorkSuites blows Boxer out of the water. They aren't in the same ballpark at all. WorkSuites staff are always super friendly, professional, and always ready and willing to help any way they can. I will always choose WorkSuites going forward.

A hot desk membership gives you unlimited drop-in use of available desks and workstations during normal business hours. When you go home, you take your belongings with you because someone else may use that same desk tomorrow. Hot desk members cannot reserve specific desks. A dedicated desk is a reserved desk in a room shared with others, where you can leave your belongings and know that no one else will use this desk besides you. A dedicated desk is essentially a smaller version of having your own office.
