Barkers Landing is an ok community . You will never see the property manager . Calls to office go unreturned . The community looks like the owner of the community doesn’t care . Homes with skirting missing , lawns go uncut , homes that need power washing , yards that look like the ‘dump’ and abandoned cars everywhere .

Lot rent varies with water usage. I personally use water liberally and have never had one over $400.
