It's really run down , dirty and doesn't offer any type of activity for children. Many trailers are well kept, some look like the slums.

The owners don't rent trailers out. Everyone in here owns their own. We pay them lot rent.

Are there any open lots to put a mobile home on? Are dogs permitted? How much is the lot rent (with two dogs)? Thank you!

No empty lots. I think they are getting rid of few soon though, and no. Absolutely no dogs...unfortunately for everyone here 😢
