Im not really sure. Im sorry. I went there to visit my sister and my brother in law. Although i think he bought it instead of renting it.

If they do be sure its not in the flood zone there Peggy. The back section is well known for it. Theres other places around but they are kind of rough. This is a nice place to live. I have friends there that like it. They are owned by a company from California I believe. They are corporate so its probably best to contact them like that. Best of luck!

The association has ones they rent out but a majority of them are privately owned. Check sj craigs list. I will ask a couple people I know. If they give me any more good leads I will come back here and give them to you

Yes from what I have seen. There are a few empty lots available for trailer hookup.

I do not think so, you could call the office after 9 a.m. or call and leave a message with your phone number, the park manager will call you back to talk about all of that info.

They are all different prices. Rite now they have one for 10k and one for 25k that I know of. Depends on how old or new..how big or small.

The designated area, to walk your dogs, is ridiculous. No waste station, no watering station & the urine smell is rancid. They also have the area sprayed with an herbicide of unknown origin. I've requested the type of herbicide used & the State of New Jersey herbicide license. I'm still waiting for my requested information. So, until known, I suggest not walking any pets, in the designated area.
