Theyre quick and efficient. Everyone is super nice and we are in and out quickly.

Kinda disappointed in this place went there 2 days ago for a cough I had for a week at that point and still have they said they were sending a prescription to my pharmacy for it well as of yesterday they still never sent it.
Silent Witness
I went here last week about an infection in my finger. I had no problems with the care or physician, but she unfortunately prescribed for me a medication which I couldn't take for long because it made my stomach upset and I vomited it up after three days. But aside from that, it was a decent visit and my finger is normal again.👍

Staff very good professional and friendly. Dr not helpful at all wasted over an hour sent home with no meds. Cost me 40.00. I had to go to another urgent care spend another 40.00 for proper care. I went to afc urgent care. Doctor very knowledgeable and cared about my problem. I'd really like my copay back! Cost me 80.00 plus price of meds. Very unnecessary. I just wanted to get better. I go to smylie times all the time always got excellent care except for this time.

I would call first to find out.
No they don't have a pharmacy in the building but they will prescribe medication you can pick up at your regular pharmacy
They have an x-ray machine. If you need an ultrasound for an urgent reason like a blood clot, then you need to go to the emergency room immediately. if you need an ultrasound for something like routine pregnancy visits, you'll need to go to your primary or obgyn. It's an amazing urgent care but they don't have ultrasound.
Yes it is now. Records can to digitally obtained if requested.
I guess that would depend on what type and where the infection is
No it is not free
I'm not sure it's free but they only test if someone has symptoms.
Yes we do x-rays there
No, the closest Jefferson Health testing site to Northeast Philly is in Bensalem. 2966 Street Road Bensalem, PA 19020 You will need to do an online screening to get an appointment unless your Dr. orders a test for you
Is it walk in testing? Do they offer the moderna(Not Johnson & Johnson)?
No is not open
Yes we do.
Can you get a Covid test here
Jefferson Urgent Care centers provide evaluation and treatment. We are not licensed to practice as an outpatient radiology center, therefore we cannot provide X-rays alone without an evaluation and order from our physician. All patients must register and pay for an evaluation by our Emergency Medicine trained physicians who will order, if medically necessary, any tests or X-rays needed to make or confirm diagnoses.
They are immediate care. For ongoing issues they will tell you to see a pcp as they do not do followup.
Agree with Rebecca. No ultrasound. Also if something was found you would need er.
Yes we do at all Jefferson Urgent Care facilities.
They want you to use a primary doc for these issues. Insurance may reject and cash will be much higher than a pcp. Also if you have something more serious I would consider an alternative. This place is a 1 star urgent care. There are better in the area....
Possibly. They will decide if you need an er or not.
Good morning Mr Shields, I don't really have an answer for you, I don't have that insurance so I don't know, so sorry I couldn't help, but I hope the rest of your day goes great!!
If they think that is necessary.
You pay there. They then finalize bill before you leave.
Good morning, not sure if they will you for the copay
The one in smylie times building has an OB/GYN room so i would assume so
I was there for my sciatic nerve, it was inflamed and the treatment they gave me worked, they also recommended therapy
Urgent care does accept health partners. For non urgent care a pcp must be called. For urgent care walk in is fine.
They do
No and the doctor's rude
I guess that would depend on the severity of the laceration but yes they do stitch up!
You are responsible for co pay
Yes
$175.00 but some testing is additional
Yes they do.I paid $40 copay
Im pretty sure they take all but would call first, very friendly and theyre the fastest I've seen 👍
