Its hard to tell but some are, Keystone First, Atena, Health Partners, Chip, There's So Many That I Can't Name Them All..
It wasn't always like that. When I use to go they were respectful. You're not the first to say that they need better service
They are amazing at patients privacy
From what I remember they do it for you at the desk and they send the information to your email.

They don't have oral surgeons in the office for major issues, but they can pull teeth if it's only 1-2, and I believe they make dentures and partials.
I think if your primary physician refers u. But if u have a primary(PCP) they usual do the physical. Goodluck
