I love it here. The staff is quick, helpful and very nice. I tell everyone to go here.

Terrible experience. No wonder Jefferson Urgent Care is the only place in the city with an empty waiting room. Got a whole bunch of "just doing my job" attitude. If that's your attitude, medical care probably shouldn't be your job.

I had a very pleasant experience here. Would highly recommend. Entire staff was very professional and truly cared. Tripped and fell hurting my knee and foot…they had me in and out and X- Rayed in an hour and on the mend!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Avoid this place at all cost. You would be much better off crossing the river and paying slightly more at facilities affiliated with Penn or those near Drexel area. 1) Staff is extremely rude and inconsistent - we caught COVID and called in advance, being extremely explicit asking “We caught COVID and are experiencing shortness of breath. Do you treat COVID patients? We want to make sure before we come” and received an affirmative answer. On our arrival, the nurse at the front desk told us we were being irresponsible coming to the clinic and spreading the disease. We made it clear the only reason we came in was because “You told us we can come in over the phone…”. He didn’t say anything thereafter but obviously held grudge throughout the entire check-in process. It also appeared the doctor was only keen on wrapping the case asap. “Can we get an X-ray? We are worried getting pneumonia.” “No, that would not rule out other possibilities. You should just go to an ER we can’t help you here as you got COVID”. We respect her medical judgement but since we stated upfront we got COVID - if they are not going to do X-rays or blood tests or prescribe any medicine, it would be much better if they clearly communicated that they can’t help COVID patients AT ALL before we went in and paid our bills. 2) Chaotic billing practice - what was a $35-copay urgent care turned out to be a $315 out-of-network primary care visit because they put in a wrong medical facility address that is 20 miles away AND under a wrong billing code (i.e. making it no longer a urgent care visit in our insurance files) - paving way for a classic medical bill dispute. The billing department was unresponsive to emails / calls, and started the classic ball-throwing game with the insurance provider. We will be filing a complaint with the CMS and the State but it is going to definitely take ages to resolve.
