Terrible customer service. Rental agent was rude and not interested in answering any questions we had. He assured us everything was clean and in perfect working condition. The RV was filthy. The inside of the drawers were covered in some sticky substance. Dog food scattered in the rear storage compartment. On our first night out our water began to leak from the toilet and shower. We called 24 hour roadside assistance and NO ONE EVER CALLED Back. Luckily we have a handy fellow on board who has been able to stay the flow of water into the RV. Be aware of what you are getting into. Not a good price if you need to clean the RV plus do all the plumbing repairs to keep everything inside from getting wet. Very unhappy with Limerick Cruise America!

The customer service was abysmal - never having rented an RV before we had a lot of questions but the rental agents were condescending and rude and provided misinformation and argued with me even after I clarified with Cruise America. Simply, we needed to add another driver and when I called the agent he told me I could not add another driver once the contract was printed, that there was absolutely no way to do it. He said it was Cruise America's rule. I called Cruise America and they said you can add another driver at any time. I called back the site to let them know so they would be able to tell customers the correct information and again the gentleman was rude, condescending and argumentative. It was extremely frustrating and upsetting. I would never in a million years rent anything from this location again.

Great rates and knowledgeable employees. Would definitely recommend this to anyone going camping. This was our first time renting an rv, and had an amazing honeymoon.

We didnt take a pet on our trip, but i seem to remember there being something about a pet deposit. Call your local rental office; I'm sure they'll have a quick answer.
