The first time I came here for an oil change and tire rotation it was great. I went a few days ago for another and it took them over three hours! I understand there were recalls on my vehicle but three hours, I sat in the lobby. Then when they rush me out they had my car parked on the road- in the rain! My PSI was exactly the same and there was no new oil change sticker so I’m not even sure they did my services! I texted my service person about this with the option available and haven’t heard anything!

Have used this place twice in the last two years - each time they claimed they inspected/fixed something that was still broken afterwards. Most recently this was a brake light I specifically asked them to fix; they charged me for it and it was still not fixed. I have made multiple attempts to get in contact regarding these problems, and they have all gone unanswered. As far as I'm concerned this place is little better than a scam.

They have had my car for two weeks and won't answer phone calls and won't give me a status on my car. When I dropped it off two weeks ago, they said it would be a couple of days.

Yes! Drop box is by the service entrance (front center of bldg).
Have sheids on the station and in waiting room. Must have a mask to enter.
You should contact the dealer directly, rather than asking a third-party reviewer. However, it's my understanding that repairs for safety recalls and other service campaigns can be performed at any authorized dealership.
