What day is it? Tuesday. What does that mean? $3.99/lb chicken breast today. I see chicken is packaged and it’s $6.99/lb on it, but it’s in a bin advertising $3.99. I go and ask the person behind the meat counter if that chicken is in fact $3.99/lb? They say yes and they’ll take the difference off at the register. Did they take the price off? No. I’m tired of the customer on the hook to be the one who has to correct things. Also a bit over the employees, especially behind the deli counter, why does it always take 10 minutes for them to see folks waiting? Is it just a systemic issue of finding people nowadays? Just over it in general.
