I took my jeep in for transmission issues, was told because it had 17" wheels on it and not the stock 18" wheels that my engine is working harder therefore its going to shift funny. I am a mechanic myself so first off bigger wheels would make the engine work harder not smaller ones ike Josh the service advisor stated that's simple elementary school math. Second my jeep is shifting so hard sometimes it completely kills the engine. The mechanics and service advisors here do not know what they are doing if your only option is this location sell your vehicle and buy something from another dealership There should be an option for negative stars in these reviews this place doesn't deserve even a single star!

Second time at this shop and not happy. First visit, rep never called to tell me the tech needed another day to work on differential, good thing I went to pick-up. This is time had 85K service. When I got home, experienced bad shake in steering, dash light came on, cruise control malfunctioned.

Tires generally wear unevenly. Some may wear quicker than others. A tire rotation means we switch the position of your tires so they all wear more evenly. This way your tires can be used for longer before they need to be replaced
Our service specials change monthly. You can check them here https://www.saffordoffredericksburg.com/service-department/service-specials/
Yes, the Wrangler 4xe included a Level 1 120-volt charging cable. This will charge your Wrangler in 12 hours by using a regular home outlet.
As you prepare for a summer road trip, check the pressure and tread of your tires, brakes, battery, belts, and fluids. I’d also recommend replacing your windshield wipers. Go ahead and clean the interior and exterior of your vehicle too. Having a sparkling clean windshield not only looks good but ensures you have a clear view of the road ahead. Bring your vehicle in for service and we’d be happy to look over the car, top off fluids, and run it through the wash for you.
You can put a 2 or 4-inch Mopar lift on your Jeep to increase your off-road performance and add a unique flair to your new ride.
Yes, we will buy any vehicle with no purchase necessary. The process is simple and only takes a few minutes. You can leave with a check in hand, or purchase something new. It's your choice.
Used vehicles come from a variety of sources such as trade-ins, auctions, rental car fleets, or demos. We will provide you with your vehicle’s history as well.
All of our used vehicles are checked out by service and any needed repairs are completed at that time to ensure your vehicle is safe and ready to drive.
A lift kit is a suspension lift to raise the height of your vehicle. It can enhance the off-road experience for trucks, SUVs, and other off-road vehicles. It’s also done for cosmetic appearance. Mopar Lift Kits include the coil springs, shocks, adjustable alignment cams and track bar, stabilizer links with Helm ends, cable relocation brackets, and replacement high-clearance steering stabilizer kit- plus all the connectors and materials needed to install it.
A tire rotation is recommended every 3,000 to 5,000 miles, or every time you get an oil change. If your vehicle doesn’t require an oil change that often, plan to rotate your tires every 6 months.
Leasing a vehicle is similar to renting a vehicle for a fixed period of time and miles. Give us a call if you have any questions or want further information.
Unfortunately, we cannot “hold” any vehicles.
The simple answer is no, but this all varies from person to person as everyone has different circumstances. You will need to discuss this with the finance manager.
No, we are still able to get the vehicle inventory everyone wants and we are still providing all services needed. We have upped our safety precautions during sales and service appointments. We require everyone to wear a mask while visiting as well as on test drives, we are using steering wheel covers while in the vehicles, and sanitizing commonly touched surfaces every hour. The safety of our employees and customers is our top priority.
We encourage all of our customers to ask as many questions as they can about a vehicle they are interested in. A few questions you should be asking are: What's the mileage? How many owners has this vehicle had? Which parts have been repaired or replaced? Has the vehicle been in any accidents? Is there a vehicle history report available? Our sales team will hand you all of this information up-front to ensure you are completely informed when purchasing a vehicle from any Safford dealership.
