It was a very smooth transaction. Within a few minutes, I received a price for a 1 Series with the attachments I wanted. A number of additional dealers quoted me higher prices and it felt more like a traditional salesman approach which I don't enjoy. They told me to come to the house would be $100 but I'm not sure what their labor rate is per hour
I guess it depends on what you mean by basic maintenance. If you mean just an oil change, and I am not sure about your model, these smaller riding mowers typically take 1.5 quarts if oil and a filter. Refer to your owner's manual for capacities and specifications. I would change the motor oil and oil filter, fuel filter, and air filter for "basic" maintenance. If you do it yourself you will likely spend about $30 for parts. I am not sure of labor fees but expect about $90/hour and thus would probably be 1.5 hours. Mike
