I used to be happy with these guys. But the last few times I got service the problem kept persisting. They kept wanting to sell me a new lift at about 20K. You cannot tell me that a lift is only good for 14 years. Low Voltage/High Torque ele motors, worm gear and a few micro switches should last my lifetime. At 64 I will not be buying a new lift, so I have decided to never go back to MW for service. I am a very active person and am in contact with lots of people, able and disabled. Dave T
