They are all lier, and they don’t care about people. I have been waiting into stand by waiting list, and Mr Gary told me the car that you want is ready and you can come and pick it up. I have spent $50 to take an uber to get there. When I arrived Mr Rich told me we don’t have any car, and you should wait 2 hour for the next retuning car. I said Mr gary told me come and get it. He said maybe it’s misunderstanding. I waited about 2 hour and he said it’s not under his control and finally I didn’t get any car. They are completely unreliable and irresponsible.

My husbands car was in the shop and had to get rental car for a week. This location is amazing and they give us excellent customer service, especially Robert. He truly went out his way to help us. The day when we dropped the rental car he even offered us ride. 🙏🏻💫

Rented my car for two months from them, I returned it with 1/8 insted of 1/4 tank of gas, 2 days late by accident and had extended my rental via the phone. I explained why I accidentally messed up the return date, and the clerk was kind enough to waive all three of these fees. 10/10, clean and quality cars, very fair prices and excellent customer service. Still renting with them, took the same car for another month, it's good to know they're treating me like a person and not trying to nickle and dime me, even when I'm in the wrong.

I made my arrangements online and prepaid my charges which made the pick up process much easier. I was helped by Richard who was really nice and helpful! Gave me an easy run down and rental process and express drop off. The car itself was a 2021 hyundai elantra which was really smooth and clean. Thanks to an easy process and great in store service I will def. Use them again. THANK YOU RICHARD!

Nope
Enterprise if no longer with Uber. They did not renew the contract with Uber because of too many accidents and people not paying the deductible.
