I've waited awhile to post this, as I've tried to give this place a chance to do right. I have a few gripes with this clinic. Now, I understand that dentists are backed up, and my two root canals were started early June 2022. I had an appointment yesterday (Sep. 29, 2022), which I was told was to finish the procedure from June. After sitting in a chair for over 2 hours, I'm still left with two unfinished molars and I won't be able to get my crowns until JANUARY 31, 2023. I'm speechless. I am now unable to chew on one side of my mouth because one of my molars had been drilled/filed down too far to even out with the other side of my bite after the temporary filling. There appears to be a hole that I feel exposes the nerve and it feels like my tooth might crumble at any moment if I bite down on it. The point of the crown, of course. My next issue is the complete lack of communication. This place feels like an assembly line without any real care about you as a patient. The doctor hardly ever speaks to me, and certainly doesn't say anything when he's finished. It wouldn't be terrible if the dental assistant knew what she was doing. The assistant has failed to notify me that I should be taking antibiotics after my procedure (and some other prescription I'm unfamiliar with), it's only until I get a text from my pharmacy this morning telling me that's it's ready. I can't find a single reason why I'd recommend this clinic.

The absolute best dental office. My first vistit I initially met with the hygentist, I don't recall her name which is absolutely shameful because she was amazing. After my xrays and cleaning the Dr came in and walked me through the treatment plan. He is so kind, pleasant and understanding. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dental care, all of staff are so kind and helped me through the process. I can say enough about them, I highly recommend

If you're anxious about going to the dentist this is where you wanna go. The whole staff is really friendly and the Dr is the best I've ever been to, he's funny and he cares about making you comfortable during the procedure.

I have a lot of fears and anxiety with going to the dentist even with the gas to calm me down I still freak out everytime. The staff is very understanding and compassionate. Receptionists are very friendly. And Dr bonsi is great. I wasn't able to get in for a over a month even for an emergency appointment and in extreme pain, and because he knew me and knew why I was in pain he sent over antibiotics so i wouldn't just be waiting for treatment or forced to go to the er. My only complaint is he definitely doesn't do a great job of explaining everything in a way normal people can understand. However the staff tends to understand that he speaks in text book terms and they double check you understand.

You won't get them for another month or two I know I went through the same thing but for my top teeth after you finally get them go to a different dentist and make sure you tell people not to go to advanced family dentistry
