Do not use this business. Picked up my suit from dry cleaning with multiple large holes on the sleeve and back. The only explanation was I must have dropped it off like that. Completely ruined a 500 dollar suit

They died my wedding dress pink. It was ivory, now it is a light blush color. It's very obvious if you compare the dress to the satin liner, which is somehow still ivory. There is also a light circular stain on the bust, almost looks like a coffee cup stain that wasn't there before. Luckily the wedding has already taken place, but my keepsake is ruined and I am very sad. Plus, the dress wasn't cheap. If I wanted to resell it now, I'm not sure I could. The lady at the front desk was very nice and took it back to send to the dry cleaner again to see if they can fix it. If they manage to fix it, I will update this review.

I was highly satisfied with the dry cleaning service that was provide. I brought in a blessing dress that was 30 years old. I was worried about it being ruined but they handled it with great care. Customer service was very kind and quick help.
