About sick of the constant screwups. A dozen means 12. Not nine. If the manager and owner can’t hire enough staff they need to backfill themselves. This is ridiculous. Pay for better employees!!! When I place an ORDER I want what I ORDERED!!! Get it together!!!

Went with my husband to the Niceville Dunkin Donuts on 10 /01/2022 @ about 5:45 pm and ordered a medium ice coffee. There was nobody inside and nobody else at the drive thru. We pulled up to the window and noticed this young woman on her phone no more than 2 feet from the window. We continued to sit there for a good 10 minutes as she stayed on her phone completely ignoring us. We finally decided to pull out since we were being completely ignored. As we drove away I decided to call there to complain and low and behold that same woman answered the phone and said well I'm the manager and it was me trying to put my schedule onto my phone. She also stated there was only one person working with her. Ok. So do you work or just ignore customers. She kept repeating she was doing her job by being on the phone(and ignoring us) so we finally ended the call since she still thought what she did was OK. It's OK to see people sitting there but ignore them because you are "putting a schedule on your phone" will never go here again. It was an awful experience😠
