I have been visiting this office for well over a year now for extreme pain to my neck and lower back. I received chiropractic services and message therapy. I can honestly say that I've always been very happy with the quality of care from Jamie the Message Therapist and Dr. Greg the Chiropractor. Typically will tip Jamie for his wonderful service. I don't think tipping a Dr is appropriate otherwise I would. Very nice, professional people. My biggest issue has always been the distance. I'm coming from Downtown and they're in Williamsville. Also I have been clinically diagnosed with onset Alzheimer's so I forget a great deal of the things including my appointments. I questioned the office staff in regards to any additional fees or charges for missed appointments and they've happily advised me with a smile " Oh we never charge for missed appointments." Well that's great I said because between the distance which they were made aware of on occasions I was running close to appt time and forgetting to go I thought gee I couldn't ask for a better office Right?? Not the case... So lately I've been seeing a Cardiologist which really has me in a funk so naturally my mind is on that.. Plus I'm in a lot of pain daily.. Hello,.. this office should be well aware that people in great pain have difficulty focusing.Their in pain.Missed 2 appointments and now I can't go back unless I pay $30.00.....I can't even get a medical script to see a new Chiropractor at a closer location to my home unless I pay $30.00. Not Nice. Well wait a minute..Why?? You told me back before 2x happily that you never charge for missed appointments and now you want $30.00 before I can come back there and before you'll write me a script for another Message Therapist or Chripractor closer.. after I've been coming there for over a Year! Seems pretty controlling,unprofessional, and frankly doesn't make sense. I don't want to be penalized for having aging memory issues which apparently is happening here,while I'm dealing with cardiac issues. Listen I was writing it down , putting appts in my phone, telling people the day of about the appointment and still forgetting. The front desk women um let's see Angie and others were made well aware of all this and the memory disease on several occasions. I expect this business and the front office staff to stand by their word. You know the " Oh.. well.. we never charge for missed appointments." happily. Which is not what is happening here. And to be honest isn't that illegal?? This is under my No Fault insurance and I have regular Health Insurance. I'm coming here for medical treatment. Hmm.. Totally disappointed.

Yes we do. Our owner Dr. Niccole Jefferlone opened the practice in mid 2013. We also have Dr. Julia Stobert who started in July of 2019. We also have 2 male Doctors and a male Massage Therapist.
We do take walk ins. The wonderful thing about having 4 Doctors is that we can usually accommodate walk ins and day of new patients.
We do treat Plantar Fasciitis. It is quite a common condition that our Doctors treat quite frequently.
Yes we do offer Massage Therapy. Each session of our integrative massage is tailored to your specific needs at the time of your visit. Whether you have specific areas that have pain or tightness, or would like a full body relaxation treatment, the various techniques are integrated to provide relief and achieve your goals for each individual session. Each session will cater to your specific and unique needs for the time frame that you choose. The techniques include but are not limited to: Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release/Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Pin and Stretch, ROM and Swedish Massage. I may also work hand in hand with your chiropractor for a total integrative approach to your treatment plan of care.
We are always trying to accommodate our patients busy lives and schedules. We are open 7 days a week and are ALWAYS ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. With 4 Doctors on staff it is common to call the day of and find a spot to treat on their schedules.

New York is a No Fault state and we do treat No Fault patients all the time. We can even help our patients get pointed in the right direction regarding some of the steps they should take after an auto accident.
Complete Care Chiropractic was established to provide exceptional care and quality healing to our patients as we serve our community. We are very passionate about what we do and are very grateful to have the opportunity to help improve the lives of individuals and families in our community. For almost 5 years we were located at 2250 Wehrle Drive in Williamsville, NY. In late 2018 we looked at our growth rate and decided that we would need to consider expanding to a larger location. We found a beautiful office space located at 6470 Main St. Ste. 2 in Williamsville, NY (about 2 blocks away from our old location) and moved forward with the purchase. An extensive remodel was in order to accommodate our growing practice and modifications began in mid December. We were pleased to open our doors at the new office on February 1 and hit the ground running. We now have 6 treatment rooms with 3 tables specific to prenatal care and 3 flexion and distraction tables as well as a Massage room.
