I returned to the gym after a very sedentary year. F19 has a wonderful friendly atmosphere. I started working with Josh Waterman, an amazing trainer, who has helped me recover the strength and energy I had lost. Josh's knowledge, commitment and patience keeps every session interesting and not repetitive. I highly recommend Josh and Fitness 19.

Josh Waterman has been my trainer since April 2022. He offers a varied workout that has helped to strengthen and tone overall. The club is clean and staff are friendly. Caroline manages the facility with a cohesive staff that keep members coming back.

Questions & Answers

What’s the age requirement for using the free weights, and if supervised what would the age requirement be?

Hi Eshan! Under the strict supervision of an athletic trainer or a parent/guardian kids aged 10-14 may use free weights. 15-17 they may use the gym independently but they have to be signed up for their membership by that parent/guardian. How many squat racks and deadlift stations does this gym have available?

Hi Stephen, We have 2 rigs with 2 adjustable squat/bench stations each, as well as 2 independent stationary squat racks for a total of 6. We only have 1 formal deadlift platform but there is plenty of adequate floor space for deadlifts to be performed with rubber flooring to protect any amount of weight. hope this answers your questions!
