One of their insured hit a car behind me which was pushed into me. They ignored outreach from my company (Allstate) continually for months and did not pay for everything. Terrible company. Would not recommend.

Really bad customer service skills with my adjuster. It's been 7 days and nothing has happened with my claim. Zero contact. When I called for service they said he didn't contact me because I said I would call back. I must have forgotten that. But shouldn't they make a point of following up? I'm a very busy person. The customer service rep ended the conversation when and how she felt like and disconnected abruptly without answering my questions. Seems like trying to cover their own a$$.

Licensed insurance rep here for LM. Yes you will get a full refund. Be prepared to show the prior carrier proof of coverage and they should backdate the cancellation and refund any unused premium. There are very few exceptions to this in New York. An example is some carriers charge a cancellation fee of your tenure is under a certain time usually 6 months.
