I recently purchased an engagement ring here. As a guy who knew nothing about diamonds, rings, etc. I started my process with some basic internet research to try to be prepared for such a major purchase. However, none of that really mattered once I walked through their doors. Everyone I dealt with had a mastery for diamonds, ring types/settings, what 'really' matters when making your selection, what the internet articles 'don't tell you', how to think about insurance/protecting your ring, etc. The peace of mind and clarity I had by the time I got down to selecting my ring and making my purchase was awesome.
