They were open when I was there on a nearly 30 degree day!
I would go to the window and ask the clerk to change it-they are quick and more than happy to help! I had to change CC numbers and they did it in a matter of seconds!
There are several levels of wash you can select. You can purchase one wash or purchase a monthly plan. It does a good job and vacuums are free.
I guess thats an owner policy. I couldn't tell you the exact reason unfortunately.
