Our son attended preschool with Primrose. It has been nothing but a wonderful experience. He has learned so much during his time there and is now well prepared for kindergarten in the fall. We were impressed with all that he has learned and his personal growth while there. The staff is warm, friendly and professional. The teachers and leadership team communicates very well with the parents. The school uses an app (and email) to do this. We loved getting photos of our child throughout the day and updates on what they are doing each day. The school frequently did fun and special activities for the children and periodically fun events after hours to include the whole family. Pre-K children wear simple uniforms which were very affordable and made getting ready in the morning much easier. The building and property is kept in immaculate shape and always clean. My only wish is that we had enrolled him sooner.

My nephew comes home every other day with marks and bruises on him and its just brushed off . No accountability is being held and it’s sad that my poor baby has to go through this while SUPPOSE TO BE UNDER SUPERVISION! I’m highly disappointed that this has been a constant thing and nothing has been done . Do better I know they are just kids but no kid should come home with a new mark on them every other day ! UNACCEPTABLE

I generally don't write reviews. However, I have to for this one because children are involved. I don't feel comfortable sending my child here because teachers are yelling at kids out of frustration all the time. Management never supervises their teachers and therefore, teachers do whatever they feel like doing. At the time of the licensing inspection, a child was hit by another child. This was happening in a toy clubhouse on the playground. Licensing specialist observed this, when all the staff members on that playground clustered and not stationed with the ability to observe and protect child. I don't feel safe for children who are there.

Primrose School of Bel Air has truly been a blessing to our family. We have our two children currently enrolled and they are both extremely happy there. From the advanced learning and the updates throughout the day, the beautiful new facility, the dedicated teachers and the genuine concern from all the staff for our babies; it really makes leaving them comfortable and easy. We transferred to Primrose from another local school and we could never look back— Primrose has it all and more! Also, after the tumultuous COVID year at home, I thought my children might have a hard time adjusting to school but our experience at Primrose was the exact opposite. We are so grateful for the safe and inclusive environment ! Thank you Primrose!
