Should have stayed away from the big box store. Bought a 9’ tsunami rod/reel combo Wednesday night. Guy working the fishing area was helpful and kind. Took the pole out the next day to conowingo dam and first cast the pole snapped in half. I know how hard they push the warranty so I suspected they’d give me some grief bringing it back, but I was shocked at the complete lack of concern they had for the poor quality of what they had sold me. The manager didn’t even come over to talk but just radioed to poor girl working the counter who could only point to the policy. I’ll be writing ti Tsumani to see if they will respond differently. Was hoping to fish today, not deal with poor customer service. Would love it if a higher up manager sees this and cares to step in but I’m skeptical. My advice. Buy from an online mom and pop shop or find a local tackle shop because Dick’s is clearly giving up on customer service for this new “must have a warranty” game.

They have cleats for every sport but I wish the selection was a little larger. Good selection of football gloves and accessories in stock. Everything was easy to find.

Didn't have what I was looking for, 209 shotshell primers or 12 ga blank poppers. But staff was friendly and helpful.
