Our sales person Nick was absolutely amazing and transparent regarding every part of the car buying process. We came from a really bad experience at Toyota the year prior and it made us nervous this time around... but quickly found our that Jones Bel Air Subaru I'd absolutely amazing and truly cares about their customers. Finance wasn't painful either, they actually helped us to figure out we could get some money back from Toyota add ons we had purchased. Overall, amazing people. Let's hope the service side of things isn't a letdown bit I'm thinking they'll be better in that regard too. Subaru in general obviously very much cares about their customers and have earned my loyalty for life!

Estimated an hour and a half, kept me waiting three hours. Told me if I didn’t wait with the car that it would be a $300 fee.
