Kindness Matters
I only service my vehicles at the dealer. 1. Too often I have to call the sales number to get someone to get the service department to actually take calls versus putting you on hold. 2. Every visit is thousands $ for repair and replacement most which could have been prevented with earlier, more thorough and competent evaluation, preventative maintenance and replacement of parts. Workers seem more concerned with generating service bills then customer and car care.
