Nice apartments reasonable rent for today’s prices, clean and nice community. Door to door garbage pick up, near everything including main highways. No elevators, getting to the top floor is a killer!! Lol

Too many rules with the HOA. People complain about every little thing you could imagine. Homeowners on the hoa board drive around looking for things to write violations about. Nice area though. Open yards, nice pool and tennis courts. Just wish people would mind their own business sometimes and not look for little things.
