awful , just awful.I received a bill for almost $ 1,600 after the visit. When I had called in advance to see if the office takes my insurance I was told that they did and so I came in for the visit. I was never told of the potential charges for the visit would be so much ! I was never told anything, if I was aware of such high charges I would have utilize alternate options such as going elsewhere and paying with a cash option ( I was quoted by a different office $ 450 for a non-insurance cash visit ). The charges should have been explained to me prior to the visit. Also the visit was only for about 15/20 minutes - insurance was asking me if this was billed correctly as different times get different rates. The insurance company was even surprised at the amount. They said possibly billed incorrectly. $ 1,600 for a 15 min visit ! I reach out several times to the office and wrote emails - waited over one month and did not receive ANY help. The potential charges need to be explained BEFORE a visit.
