KTM North America's knowingly maintaining a contract with a disreputable dealer cost me $1,600. Neither KTM HQ in Murrieta California or Amherst Ohio will refund the money, nor will the local dealer where I made a mistake of purchasing the Duke 200. KTM is a bad organization that needs to be bankrupted and driven out of the U.S. KTM cares about one thing, and that is getting your money, after that you're on your own. I recommend you buy any other brand of motorcycle other than a ktm. KTM is the worst vehicle manufacturer I have dealt with in my entire life.

Top notch customer service, shout out to Dan for helping me out when I couldn’t find anybody in the state to repair my E Bike. I took a chance on the technician and he guaranteed me he would get me back on the road. It was his first time working on a E bike. He went above and beyond to help me.

Ben the salesman was great the bike is awesome 2015 kawasaki voyager 1700 fairly price I checked around the only issues for me were I emailed Ben about my t tag expiring in a week figuring he would send me one out no reply back so I called when the tag expired and he said for me to come there and he will give me another one so an hour and 15 min drive he gives me my metal plate awesome great. But still no t tag ever showed up so I think it was never mailed and I'm still waiting on my spare key for the bike called today he said he mailed it 9-2-22 so let's see how long it takes and thats if it ever arrives, I went to parts and asked for a price on a part the parts person gave me the price so I asked for the part # and he said no he can't give out part #'s on active parts r u kidding me so I went home and googled it and got everything I need now all this combined makes me not trust a company. I hope things get better.
