Does anybody in this building have any idea what they are doing? I made a point to call these people first to see what I needed and they told me all I had to do was come into the office. When I came into the office they told me that they do not have the ability to help me in the office and that I needed to mail my information into them. What a joke, they need to fire every single one of these employees and get better staff. Or are terrible and useless state employees just part of Delaware.....

You can not get through. No one picks the phone up when you go in you are talked over and pushed to the side. I applied last month turned in all paper work that I was told too for that to not be good enough now I am finally approved and can’t even get a card in a timely manner. I’m told you have to schedule an apt. An email was sent to worker for them to give the green light on me picking up a card yet I can’t get ahold of anyone. It’s now the weekend and Ill have to wait till Monday! This is ridiculous I wish I could be seen in Milford cause this place is a hot mess!

Most of these social workers I think are from the hood. I seen the same laziness out there. Degenerates in charge of helping the hurting ones. The system is made to make your life hard and make it easier on representatives to pretend to always be busy. They uncoordinated, unorganized, and will tell you any lie they can to prevent the reps from doing any actual work. Take example an automated system. It was made to make things faster but the reality is things take atleast twice as long because degenerate reps use the system to delay having to talk to someone and what's funny is this backs them up more. This is why America has the world title of being gullible, stupid, and the biggest bully in the entire world. I just hope people will stop letting the children run our country.

I have had the worst experience with DSS. They have been unreasonable and my case worker Heather Turssline has been completely unhelpful and heartless when it comes to approving benefits. I cried after interactions with her every single time. She wouldn't answer my multiple calls or emails from May 11th through June 6th, when I finally was able to get her on the phone calling her direct line for the 4th time. She told me there were no options to reapprove benefits, but I've been able to reach out to a supervisor and remedy the situation. She also asked for falsified tax documents when i told her they were unavailable until Sept 22 for my self employed fiance. For people who truly need help, this is despicable and disrespectful, especially when they are truly trying to comply with regulations. Heather should not be a social worker.

Yes you can. You will need to bring your Identification, social security card,30 days worth of pay stubs or a copy of a form from unemployment, your electric bill, gas bill,a copy of your rent or lease agreement, or a copy of how much your mortgage is a month and plus a copy of your child support if you pay any and if your married you will need to bring in your spouse pay stubs or unemployment copy of your spouse unemployment and how many people live in your house hold. My suggestion to you is to bring your spouse their with you and get there before 8 in the morning. Ring the bell around 8:01 or8:02 a.m in the morning so they can give you the paper work and you can fill it out their on the inside and they will make copies of everything for you. If you get there after 8 in the morning you will have to fill out the paper work at home or in your car . Then you have to go back again and ring the bell and wait awhile for someone to come out and get your paper work. I hope this helps.
😁😂😂😂
You have to call the place and let them know you sent it in and they will look it up
Search for Delaware medicaid on google
It depends. Sometimes you can go to the Williams bldg and they will issue one.
