I’ve been waiting for 4 weeks for a refund from our contact we had on a pool. I unexpectedly had to move out of state and was offered a full refund. I will never do business with this company again. I was happy they promised me a full refund, didn’t think it would take this long to get it. Edited review to say, I have been given the check. Wish it was sooner but Atleast they held their word.

First off I am normally not the person to leave a bad review and am always about giving someone the benefit of the doubt. This recent poor experience has caused me to make it aware to the public of the poor business practices and extreme lack of interpersonal skills show by Sparkle Pools. My mothers pool was supposed to be open before memorial day weekend and still has not been fulfilled. Through several attempts to communicate to staff nothing but excuses have been made to my mother and myself with no type of compromise or apology for the inconvenience. One thing in this world we cannot take back is time and with no resolution made makes this a tough pill to swallow. Sparkle pools were given detailed information about how to access the pool and through lack of communication and attention to detail they did not fulfill their duties. No phone calls were made on the day of appointments to contact the owner of the home and it’s hard to believe they even made a legitimate attempt to get the job done if they even showed up at all. On top of it all the manager Greg was extremely rude and hung up on me and my mother. This is not how any business should be operated and I would not recommend anyone to do business with this institution. It blows my mind how individuals in society today can treat others with so much disrespect and feel that it is ok to do so. I could go on and on but I believe I have said enough to display my disgust to what transpired.
