Rude, Rude and more rude. Had a 9am appointment and waited in my car for the text. It is now after 10. Decided to now wait inside. Thinking they must be behind and waited a few minutes more. Decided to inquire at the window and was rudely told that I was kicked out of the system and I should have have inquired if I wasn't called within 15 minutes after appointment time. They are usually slow and I can only imagine the rudeness I would have received if I inquired earlier. This office is under staffed and the woman with the head wrap needs further training in how to talk to clients. I am walking distance from this office but I will not return. Rather drive to Trenton.

I can not believe how rude the Burlington location is. I am absolutely disgusted with the way they are treating their patients….talking to patients like children and actually having the nerve to raise their voices along with acting annoyed because a question was asked. There will be a FORMAL written letter written to management and corporate. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH WHAT I AM WITNESSING RIGHT NOW!

so rude & unprofessional. there is no reason why they should be yelling at people because they asked for a mask or if when someone is called & the person is walking towards them instead of saying here

I like this place. Some staff is nice some are rude. Everything I come is packed no matter what time. They have grown in clients. They need to make that place bigger more rooms and hire more staff. They need two front desk people to focus on check in and let the techs do their job. It would run more smoothly and patients don't have to wait so long in a car in this heat or cold weather.
