I just moved in to one of their renovated apartments and the are absolutely beautiful Management is extremely helpful would definitely recommend

I live here currently and had maintenance come out twice to fix my refrigerator, it still is currently unfixed and both workers said that it should be completely fine. I am very disappointed as all they did was scrape the ice off which I wet well could have done myself, and spent less then 20 minutes trying to fix it. All the food in my freezer spoiled and I did not receive a follow up yet from Burlington pointe or any accommodations..

Nothing. You pay for water, sewer, and trash removal. There is heat and a/c in every unit, but it is your electric bill. The remodeled units do have a microwave oven as well as newer fixtures.

Is it really that bad as the reviews? Sounds cheap on price BUT they probably tiny apts if they really 600 square feet. How about that hot water? If there's any.

Its not bad.....pretty much quiet community, needs a play area for the kids but nice.....very spacious in ALL rooms, hot water flows with no problem! They have new management now so hopefully they can get the area more presentably
