These aging units are filthy. I've had German roaches, oriental roaches, silverfish, centipedes, spiders, and attic squirrels. Rainwater leaked in through the walls during my entire 2-year stay. All of my belongings now smell like cigarette smoke from my neighbors below. Odors migrate from the connecting bathroom vents. Cheap windows did not seal properly. Cheap AC units were very loud. I slept with earplugs in and could not hear the TV while the AC was running. Odd odors coming from either the carpet or vent. Higher than average utilities when it's hot out. I opened many work orders. I made tons of calls to the front office. I let exterminators in multiple times. I was basically told that roaches scout new areas, and the infestation was likely coming from the untreated local sewage system and/or from neighbors who do not call with an active infestation. Why it took 2 years of complaints to correct a roof leak is beyond my comprehension. It was a part-time job trying to have a clean and healthy place to live. There are some things that are done well here which should be mentioned. Lawn maintenance was good. On-site maintenance was quick to respond to a leaky toilet, leaky sink, and getting the hot water back up when the burner kept going out. Cathy was a pleasure to deal with as well. As a bonus, I posted a photo of a pubic hair that was painted into the bathroom walls prior to my move-in.

Lived here for a year never had issues plenty of parking. Only thing I didn’t like was that there were no washer or dryer in the apts. other than that not a bad little place to live at.

I'm in Northgate Village since a year and I really love it. My apartment is very nice and clean. The neighbors are very nice and the office workers are great specially the lady which office is in front of the door just when you enter in the office, her name is Keniqua I think, she is like a responsible for the office, she's very nice,very professional.She's the one who makes those apartments nice for us.When you have issue, they fix it right away, I'm so happy for that. The complex is very secure and clean. No noise, no trouble. I love my apartment. Thank you Northgate Village. It's the place to be.
