Angel has to be the rudest employee I have ever experienced dealing with. I went in to pick up a truck on Wednesday around noon and there was an issue with the mileage amount. He kept on insisting that no one will do anything to fix it and calling will be a waste of time so i need to just take the truck or not and leave. I contacted customer service and was instantly helped with no issues because it was their mistake. I will never go to this Uhual for a rental again.

I was told I had to pay for another month when I moved my stuff out gave them they remote and was told I had to pay...lol I was like ok bill me I'll send it out..foh
Not sure. I think a female but l were professional and friendly.
depends on the size of the truck is like 40 dollar per day and 89cents a mile in a 26ft truck
