To all third party carrier you will be treated as non important people, once you go thru the gate you better back up to any spots across the the docks, once you done that walk toward shipping and then keep going in to the the 2nd door turn right last door on your right before the stairs and walk all the way down the window. There are no signs any where. Once you sign paper work walk back to shipping office which was located on the left when you first enter the building. Back in to a dock and wait for the person to lock your red air line. After finish loading he will come to tell you go back and pick up your paper work. When you ready to leave make sure you ask them for a code for exit. When I picked up my 2 skid I waited 2 hrs to complete. Since everyone in the warehouse is paid by the hour they are slow

This is and will be a great company to work for. Been doing this so far 4 weeks now that's just part of my training. The academy was even great they are there to help. I highly recommend the academy. They care about you on the road and insist you not to drive if the weather is bad. Any questions you have they can answer.
