Well I’m undecided if I want to attend this school with all the bad reviews..

The instructor is rude and has no compassion for people or their situations. Even though it states absolutely (NO REFUNDS); I believe if you have a truly great program where you care about people or you are suppose to anyway you make exceptions to the rule. This is not the case however. They could careless about people so I’m not even sure as to why they provide this type of service. They charge way over market price for the class and when I asked for a refund of my $1400 she then proceeded to tell me that I will only get $500 back even though I had not even started the class. The instructor is unprofessional and rude at best. She then threatened to sue me (SUE ME) for expressing my concerns with their lack of empathy and concern. Torrez stated by email that I would be returned my money$500 from her “accounting department” in 1-15 business days and it has been 8 days and I have asked when I asked repeatedly without answer when she could get this taken care of bc of my financial situation she had made every effort to ignore me, threaten me previously with litigation for an opinion that is quite OBVIOUSLY TRUE AT THIS POINT! Furthermore I still don’t have my 1/4 refund back into my account. DO NOT enroll into ELITE EMT academy. They are thief’s and do not actually care about people. And from what I’ve read and heard from several people they don’t actually teach you; it’s more of a self taught class. I will be reporting to the better business bureau as well as any licensing board affiliated! Also if this place was a good place to learn they would put their money where their mouth is and have a good faith refund policy. But they don’t they are scam artists and crooks… and if you don’t believe me check out the class, the INSTRUCTOR and the reviews!

My daughter attended this school (see her review below) and it was an absolute waste of money and time. She taught herself all the content and they were extremely slow on paperwork. Do not go here.
