Who is out here writing tickets to households of single mothers and small children. Apologies, for the shed being an eye sore to the local commuters traveling down the NO OUTLET DEAD END ALLEY. Communities should have volunteer handymen accompany city employees and fix on site if serious enough to fine.

My sister lives at the Colonial apts and she is in her 70's she has been having issues with heating from day one they will send someone to look at it and still to this day is not working in March she will be at this place for 6 months.

Heating is required for all habitable units per the ICC. If she is on any type of Housing Assistance from the local housing authority she can start there. If not she can also contact Code Compliance to determine which inspector and/or department can take a look at this. Cities vary on whom inspects apartment complexes depending on how the organizational chart is set up by the City Manager’s Office
