Miscommunication with bookings was very frustrating.

They seem nice at first, but once they "run your insurance" and determine that your benefits aren't to their liking, they suddenly only have high priced $75 to $110 appointments available with un-licensed trainees, which is NOT covered by any insurance. They don't want to help you, they want to scam your insurance and if they're unable to they make an offer that you can't afford to get rid of you.

After submitting no less than 22 appointment request web forms with various providers, this was literally the only one to actually respond (and they did so within one day). The scheduling person (Erika) was very helpful and responsive. Ultimately, they were not in-network for my insurance, but I am still very appreciative of their responsiveness.

This is the absolute most helpful place I've ever been to'. The counselors are awesome and helpful, BUT the ladies answering the phone are the best! I have been having major issues with my landlord about my ESA paperwork. These ladies have gone above and beyond for me and mine. I am so grateful for them, because without them I would not be able to have my dog back.

Questions & Answers

What insurance do you accept? How long a wait to get an evaluation?

We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Tricare, and Baylor Scott and White. We do not accept UHC or Cigna, however, we offer reduced rates which are equal to or very comparable to what one would pay using their insurance. We are often able to schedule intake appointments for the next day depending on the client's specific scheduling needs.

I'm in need of therapy for my husband, but we have no insurance. What do you offer for people who don’t have resources to pay your fee?
