The facility is clean, and the employees seem very nice. It was not always that way, but this experience is better than before when they sold off all of my and my family's belongings for $25 and did not give us our PHI, degrees, pictures, clothing, study books, certificates, diplomas, books, identifiable information (which it states in the contract that they would gove back). They stole our information.

Wyncote Storage Sense is the best! They provide reasonable hours, clean building, a wide range of items to aid you in your storage experience, easy and safe access to your belongings and, multiple size units to accommodate your storage needs. And, those are just a few of what the overall experience is. Their overall customer service is phenomenal! Daryl and LaShanda are wonderful people! (Forgive me if I named you incorrectly) I love this storage place and will recommend them to everyone!

Two of thee most kindhearted people work the front desk, personable and so helpful thank u Darryl and Shonda! Give them a serious raise it’s WELL DESERVED! Although, to the owners your price hikes were RIDICULOUS! It’s not cool to take advantage just because you can. I certainly hope at least Darryl, Shonda and all the other hard working employees benefited from the price hikes!
