Worst experience ever as a new donor the people on the donor floor are very unprofessional and disrespectful I would not recommend this location at all

Little bit smaller than their local competiton, and they are certainly experiencing their growing pains (at times, understaffed, staff not trained properly, small number of plasmaphoresis units with 50% down for machine problems, leading to excessive [recently, 4 hrs on a Friday] wait times to donate.) A poorly conceived pre-vitals waiting area considering the size of the amount of donors they could have on donor floor with additional machines. They did go above and beyond to make sure I received my new donor comp after a staff mistake delayed donating by 3 weeks. Overall, lower wait times than their local competition. A solid B+ for B+Plasma in my book.

Mas Will

Made me come get a physical from them for an hour and then asks me about my tattoo that I got 3 years ago and tells me I can't donate because they couldn't find an certificate for the shop. Waste of my time.
