The hair stylist I had is very good, it just seems that after a certain point, poor time management came into play. My time is valuable just as the hair stylist’s time. I should not have to wait an hour (or longer) past my scheduled appointment to be seen nor should my appointment be canceled (without dialogue with me) due to the stylist’s poor time management. I’m not understanding the shift in professionalism (from great to poor) nor do I have time to invest in explaining the importance of it in that line of business. So disappointed. I had such high hopes.

1 .do you accept walk-ins? 2. what's the latest appointment offered 3. Is there someone who can handle thin & extremely fine hair ( another salon burnt my hair with high heat curlers and blow dryer Thank You

Yes they accept walk ins. My hair is fine and thin. Tera-Michele does a great job with my hair. I have seen several stylist do excellent work on other clients that have the same type of hair. In my opinion you would do well to pay them a visit.
