My 84 year old mother -in-law was there yesterday trying to get her covid booster and flu shot, pharmacist was extremely rude to her and basically kicked her out of the store. She said he kept asking for her Credit card and wouldn't look at insurance or Medicaid card before he gave her either shot. When I called and spoke to the manager, I was told he asked for her covid record card not credit card, but barely offered an apology. DO.NOT.USE.THIS.PHARMACY.

Don't like the long wait in line.

The app will say your prescription is ready, but when you arrive, the pharmacists have not prepared it for pickup. You always have to wait, and I've been waiting for 30 minutes. This is a constant thing. Have no idea what's going on with this Walgreens.
